All food is not created equal! Since we opened our doors almost 35 years ago we have always been known for our outstanding food, the best in the area! This comes from a dedication to using only the best ingredients and then having talented chefs create truly delicious items for you and your guests to enjoy. For example, we only use USDA choice meats. There are cheaper grades of meat but they are just that, cheaper, tougher and inferior. When another caterer’s price for the "same" item is considerably cheaper your first reaction might be "Great!" but instead, perhaps it should be "Why?" The number one thing you and your guests will remember about your event is how fantastic the food tasted, or didn't.

Planning an extraordinary event means working for countless hours over many months making lots of decisions and coordinating many details that need to work in perfect harmony. We do not simply mail out our information or just hand it to a client for them to look over on their own.
